Nichi-Iko Pharmaceutical Co., Ltd. operates 5 manufacturing plants across Japan, each specialized in specific dosage forms to ensure the highest quality standard and production efficiency.
Toyama Plant 1
Our flagship facility for oral dosage forms, including tablets and capsules, with an annual production volume exceeding 1 billion tablets. By strictly implementing a "one room, one machine" approach, it prevents cross-contamination and maintains a clean production environment.
Aichi Plant
This facility specializes in the production of injectable formulations, including lyophilized (freeze-dried) preparations. Its production volume ranks among the highest in Japan for injectable drugs.
In addition to the above, Nichi-Iko operates plants in Saitama, Yamagata, and Shizuoka, which produce various dosage forms including jellies, topical dosage forms, and antibiotics. The company also owns and operates the Nichi-Iko Gifu Plant as a subsidiary.
All facilities are equipped with production and quality control systems that comply with GMP (Good Manufacturing Practice) standards, ensuring the stable supply of high-quality pharmaceutical products.
